1. Overview

Cargoqon s.r.o. is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy outlines how refunds work for all Cargoqon services.

Cargoqon is a B2B logistics marketplace. While B2B services are generally exempt from EU consumer cooling-off rules, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions because we believe in earning your trust.

2. Founding Member Subscriptions

Founding member fee is a one-time payment. The following refund terms apply:

  • Cancel anytime: You may cancel your founding member subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing legal@cargoqon.com.
  • Pro-rata refund: Upon cancellation, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused portion of your current billing cycle.
  • Founding discount: The one-time founding fee locks in lifetime 50% off. Your discounted rate (€580/year for carriers, 3% for senders) never increases.
  • Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

3. Voluntary 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Even though Cargoqon is a B2B service and is exempt from the EU consumer cooling-off period (Directive 2011/83/EU), we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions.

Within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to all subscription types, including founding member subscriptions.

How to exercise your 14-day guarantee

  • Email legal@cargoqon.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • Include your organization ID and the email address associated with your account.
  • We will process your full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Carrier Subscriptions (Post-Launch)

After Cargoqon launches, carrier subscriptions are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Pro-rata refund if the platform is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end.
  • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all new carrier subscriptions.
  • Cancellation at any time with a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.

5. Sender Transaction Fees

Sender transaction fees are handled as follows:

  • No refund after a shipment has started (i.e., after carrier pickup).
  • Full refund of the transaction fee if the booking is cancelled before carrier pickup.
  • Disputes about cargo condition or delivery quality are between the carrier and sender. Cargoqon facilitates resolution but does not guarantee refunds for delivery disputes.
