Are there any hidden fees?

No. Carriers and forwarders pay €120 a year, flat — no fee per load. A sender pays the offer it accepted plus 6% of that offer, and nothing at all for its first 3 months. No subscription, and no fee for posting.

What if I both ship and carry?

Declare yourself a forwarder. You can post loads and quote other people's on the same €120 a year — one account, both sides.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payment. Your membership invoices are issued automatically and stay available on your billing screen.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on both sides. Carriers and forwarders get the first 3 months free, with no card up front. Senders get their first 3 months free, counted from their first load.

Question 5

Do you take a cut of what I pay the carrier?

Accepted Answer

No — the 6% is added on top, not taken out. The carrier sets its price and is paid that price in full; you pay the price plus 6% of it, and only that 6% comes to us.

Will the price go up?

Accepted Answer

€120 a year, and 6% on top of an accepted offer, are the whole of it today. If either ever changes, you will hear it from us before your renewal — never for the first time on an invoice.
